JESSICA DE GOUW - ACTOR/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Jessica is an Australian actor who has worked extensively in film and television in the US, Europe, the UK and Australia. In the US, Jessica has starred opposite Jonathan Rhys-Meyers in SKY/NBC’s DRACULA, and in HULU/WGN’s UNDERGROUND. In the UK, Jessica starred in BBC's VIENNA BLOOD, Netflix’s THE CROWN,  Epix/HBO's PENNYWORTH and the channel 4/Starz series THE COUPLE NEXT DOOR. In Australia Jessica has played lead roles in the AACTA nominated series OPERATION BUFFALO, critically acclaimed series THE HUNTING, and THE SECRETS SHE KEEPS, which became one of the most watched BBC primetime shows of 2020 in the UK. For the second series, Jessica was again the lead and also served as Associate Producer. Jessica has starred in features including THESE FINAL HOURS (official competition at Cannes Film Festival), OTHERLIFE and the Jim Henson feature THE PORTABLE DOOR, alongside Christoph Waltz and Sam Neill. Soon to premiere for Jessica is the Netflix feature film THE UNION, alongside Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry, the ABC series LADIES IN BLACK, and Netflix series THE SURVIVORS. Jessica been nominated for AACTA and FCCA awards for Best Supporting Actress for THE DROVER'S WIFE.

SARAH L. WALKER - SCREENWRITER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Sarah L. Walker is a highly experienced and respected Australian screenwriter and script producer. Most recently she was the lead writer and executive producer of Lingo/ BBC1’s ratings hit thriller The Secrets She Keeps and is the lead writer and EP of Foxtel’s award-winning series The Twelve. Walker’s credits include many of Australia’s top TV dramas from All Saints and Home & Away to Wentworth. Her episode of SBS’s series Erotic Stories attracted several AACTA nominations in 2023. Among other work, she is currently in development with Charlize Theron’s production company Denver & Delilah, on a pilot for HBO; and has several feature film in development with production companies both in Australia and internationally.

EMMA FREEMAN - DIRECTOR

Emma Freeman is an internationally acclaimed award-winning director. Her work includes The Newsreader S1 & 2, Interview with the Vampire S2, Love Me S1, Clickbait, Stateless, Glitch, Secret City, Sisters, Tangle, Puberty Blues, Hawke, Love My Way and Secret Life of Us. Emma’s work on seasons 1 & 2 of The Newsreader led to both AACTA and ADG Award wins for Best Direction and Best Drama Series. In 2021 Emma directed the first season of Love Me for Warner Bros/Aquarius Films for which she was nominated for the 2022 AACTA Award for Best Direction in a Drama or Comedy. More recently, she was the set-up director on the upcoming Kindling Pictures production Fake for Paramount+, based on the novel by Stephanie Wood. Emma’s feature film, The Circus, is currently in development with producers Joanna Werner and Leanne Tonkes.

MARTHA COLEMAN - PRODUCER

Martha Coleman is a Producer, Executive Producer and experienced agency executive.  She was the producer of the seminal and acclaimed Australian feature film PRAISE (New York Times “Top 5 Films for 2000”; TIFF International Critics (FIPRESCI) Award; BFI Best Foreign Film nominee).  

Martha spent 8 years in London as Head of Creative/Executive Producer at Icon then Material Entertainment, developing and EPing the UK #1 box office feature film RUN FAT BOY RUN, starring Simon Pegg and Thandiwe Newton.

Martha was Head of Creative in the first 5 years of federal screen agency Screen Australia during a clover patch for Australian independent film.  She left to establish Sydney based production company Revlover, which produced the acclaimed TV series DIARY OF AN UBER DRIVER for ABC/All3media, selling the German format rights to Bon Voyage/Joyne as its flagship production.

Martha relocated to Perth in 2021 and is EP on a number ofprojects co-developed at Revlover, including SCRUBLANDS with Easy Tiger/Stan. She is developing, Producing and Executive Producing projects with a range of creative and market partners through her new company Third Act Stories, including SCRUBLANDS 2: SILVER with Easy Tiger/Stan.

NICOLE LA BIANCA - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Nicole La Bianca is a creative producer and multidisciplinary programmer currently based in Naarm. She has worked across main stage and commercial theatre and touring throughout Australia, with a deep interest in creating and facilitating art that heroes diverse and marginalised voices. Nicole is currently the Senior Producer, Creative Industries and Programming at Geelong Arts Centre. She has previously worked as an Associate Producer at Griffin Theatre Company producing award winning productions such as The Bleeding Tree, City of Gold and Since Ali Died, and for Newtheatricals on the Broadway musical Come From Away. She was Artist Development Producer at Midsumma primarily working with disabled LGBTQIA+ artists to develop their artistic practices. Nicole is currently producing the premiere season of The Exact Dimensions of Hell at fortyfivedownstairs, and has a feature film in development funded by Screenwest and Screen Australia.
